Established in 2021 at Andrew Goodwin Designs, MYLR is a hidden San Luis Obispo gem, exhibiting incredible and unique works of art and literature. MYLR is affectionately named after the beloved drafting paper (mylar) that owner Andrew Goodwin spent sleepless nights drafting on to train to become an architect.

MYLR Bookstore is located in San Luis Obispo and promotes and showcases the work of hundreds of artists and authors. As an art gallery, our work involves showcasing new and emerging talent alongside classic, well-established pieces. As a bookstore, our collection seeks to share art, culture and architecture titles that usually can only be found in our major cities. By providing a space in which to display their latest works, artists and authors appreciate our role in sharing their creative aspirations with a wider audience.
